Scheduled Outages

The following is a message from the Electronic Commerce Unit at Revenue Canada.

This advises of some upcoming scheduled outages: February 14th is a scheduled maintenance outage from 03:00 to 13:00 hours. On March 13 and 14th there will be a system outage to migrate Release 99.1 . The estimated time of this outage is 03:00 on March 13th to 13:00 March 14th. The next scheduled outage is for monthly system maintenance on March 21st from 03:00 to 1300. All outages will impact the transmission of Electronic Release; Rail and Marine Cargo data. If you require release of goods during these outages you must present paper or have the release data for PARS shipment transmitted by Friday 16:00. All times provided in this message are estimated and will be confirmed closer to the actual outage dates. Reminder: During regular business hours (Monday to Friday 7:00 to 17:00 est), clients should call our central EDI number at 613-946-4334. Outside business hours (nights 17:00 - 07:00 and weekends), clients should call our paging service at 819-454-6015; for system status anytime, please call 888-957-7224.
