Technical Problems with Connectivity
The following message is from the EICB,
Connectivity to the EICS (Web, and EDI login) is unavailable due to technical problems with the PKI Certificate Authority. As the source of the problem lies outside the ITCan network, we are unable to provide an estimate for return of services.
