Update to AIRS website (2)

Chapter 06 was published to modify the requirements for Phytophthora ramorum (Sudden Oak Death) for the State of Washington for the following HS codes:

06.01.10 Bulbs, tubers, tuberous roots, corms, crowns and rhizomes, dormant
06.01.20 Bulbs, tubers, tuberous roots, corms, crowns and rhizomes, in growth or in flower; chicory plants and roots

06.02.10 Unrooted cuttings and slips
06.02.20 Trees, shrubs and bushes, grafted or not, of kinds which bear edible fruit or nuts
06.02.30 Rhododendrons and azaleas, grafted or not
06.02.40 Roses, grafted or not
06.02.90 Other

This resulted in version changes for a number of requirements for various U.S. states for several HS codes in chapter 06.
