Update to CFIA AIRS Web Site

a) Chapter 03 was published. The end use of "Ornamental use" was added for the following HS code:

03.01.99.8021.14 - Puffer fish (live)

b) Chapter 08 was published. An Import Permit is no longer required from the Hebei province of China for the following HS code.

08.08.20.4003.04 - Ya pears, Duck pears, Yali pears (fresh)

This created a version change for the following HS code for China - Hebei province.

08.08.20.4003.03 - Asian pears (other than Ya pears), Sand pear, Twentieth century pears, Chinese pears, Japanese pears, Nashi pears, Oriental pears, Korean pears, Golden pears and Shingo pears (fresh)

c) Chapter 12 was published to change the additional declaration for Soybean Cyst Nematode for the end use of "Propagation (growing or sowing)" for Argentina for the following HS code.
