a) Chapter 08 was published to streamline the conditions for the following HS Code from California.
08.09.30.4005 - Peach (fresh)
b) Chapter 16 was published to modify the conditions for the following HS Codes for "Other end uses".
16.03.00.9100 - Anchovies
16.03.00.9101 - Clams
16.03.00.9102 - Crab
16.03.00.9103 - Eel
16.03.00.9104 - Oysters
16.03.00.9105 - Squid
16.03.00.9106 - Squid ink
16.03.00.9107 - Lobster
16.03.00.9109 - Other fish
16.04 - Prepared or preserved fish; caviar and caviar substitutes prepared from fish eggs
16.05 - Crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates, prepared or preserved
This created requirement version changes for the same HS Codes for "Institutional use" and "Retail use".
