a) Chapter 04 was published to change the release recommendation from "Refer to CFIA-ISC" to "Refuse Entry" for the following HS Code from the Japanese Prefectures of Fukushima, Ibaraki, Gunma and Tochigi.

04.01 - Milk and cream, not concentrated nor containing added sugar or other sweetening matter

This created requirement version changes for the following HS Codes for all countries except the USA.

04.02 - Milk and cream, concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter

04.03 - Buttermilk, curdled milk and cream, yogourt, kephir and other fermented or acidified milk and cream, whether or not concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter or flavoured or containing added fruit, nuts or cocoa

b) Chapter 07 was published to change the release recommendation from "Approved" or "Refer to CFIA-ISC" to "Refuse Entry" for the following HS Codes from the Japanese Prefectures of Fukushima, Ibaraki, Gunma and Tochigi.

This created requirement version codes for the following HS Codes.

07.04 - Cabbages, cauliflowers, kohlrabi, kale and similar edible brassicas, fresh or chilled.

07.05 - Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) and chicory (Cichorium spp.), fresh or chilled.

07.06 - Carrots, turnips, salad beetroot, salsify, celeriac, radishes and similar edible roots, fresh or chilled.

07.07 - Cucumbers and gherkins, fresh or chilled.

07.08 - Leguminous vegetables, shelled or unshelled, fresh or chilled.

07.09 - Other vegetables, fresh or chilled.

c) Chapter 18 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS Codes from the Japanese Prefectures of Fukushima, Ibaraki, Gunma and Tochigi. This created requirement version changes for other countries.

18.06.20.3675 - Ice milk mixes

18.06.90.3675 - Flavoured milk, ice cream and frozen dessert mixes, containing more than 5% cocoa

d) Chapter 19 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS Codes from the Japanese Prefectures of Fukushima, Ibaraki, Gunma and Tochigi. This created requirement version changes for other countries.

g) Chapter 35 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS Codes from the Japanese Prefectures of Fukushima, Ibaraki, Gunma and Tochigi. This created requirement version changes for other countries.
