Update to CFIA AIRS website

a) Chapter 01 was published to add two new miscellaneous codes for the following HS Code from the United States with the end use of "Scientific use (Research)".

01.06.19.2083.02 - Dogs less than 8 months of age

New Miscellaneous Codes:

#777 - Dogs 6 to 8 weeks of age
#778 - Dogs over 8 weeks of age but less than 8 months

b) Chapter 01 was published to change the release recommendation from "Refer to CFIA - veterinary inspection" to "Refuse entry" for the following HS Codes from Israel, with the end use of "Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution".

01.06.38.2088 - Psittacines over 3 days old
01.06.38.2089 - Psittacines less than 3 days old
01.06.39.2096 - Songbirds over 3 days old (Passerines of the sub-order passerii (oscines))
01.06.39.2097 - Songbirds less than 3 days old (Passerines of the sub-order passerii (oscines))

This created a requirement version change for the same HS Codes for all countries except the United States.

c) Chapter 02 was published to remove the registration type "Slaugher establishement" for the following HS Codes for Australia.

02.08.90.5256.00 - Kangaroo
02.08.90.5256.01 - Carcasses
02.08.90.5256.02 - Cuts - bone in
02.08.90.5256.03 - Cuts - boneless
02.08.90.5256.98 - Other, unprocessed
02.08.90.5256.99 - Other, other

This created a requirement version change for the folllowing HS Codes for Australia.

02.01.30.5014 - Veal - fresh or chilled
02.02.10.5027 - Veal
