Update to CFIA AIRS website

a) Chapter 15 was published to streamline the requirements for the following HS Codes.

15.18.00.1422 - Vegetable fats and oils and their fractions
15.22.00.1442 - Degras or residues from vegetable fats or waxes

This generated a requirement version change for the following HS Codes.

15.05.00.1411 - Lanolin
15.15.11 - Linseed oil and its fractions: Crude oil
15.15.19 - Linseed oil and its fractions: Other
15.15.30 - Castor oil and its fractions
15.15.40 - Tung oil and its fraction
15.15.60 - Jojoba oil and its fractions
15.15.90 - Other
15.21.10 - Vegetable waxes

b) Chapter 19 was published to change the release recommendation from "Refer to CFIA-ISC" to "Approved" for the following HS Codes for China, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Macao, Malaysia and Taiwan. This created a requirement version change for all other countries.
