Update to CFIA AIRS website

Chapter 04 was published to remove a condition for the following HS code with the end use of "Further processing" for the United States.

04.07.00.0271.10 - Shell eggs from chicken (Gallus domesticus) - Ungraded

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes for the United States.

04.07.00.0271.08 - Shell eggs from chicken (Gallus domesticus) - Grade C
04.07.00.0271.09 - Shell eggs from chicken (Gallus domesticus) - Nest Run
