The regional AGM begins at 8:30 a.m. and is for CSCB members only. Regular conference program begins at 9 a.m.

Rooms: The room block at the Arden Park Hotel is currently full. A secondary room block has been set-up at the Festival Inn, a short drive (1.8 kms) from the meeting venue. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at (519) 273-1150 and asking for the "CSCB rate" ($169.00/night for a standard king room). Please do this NO LATER THAN MAY 31st. 

Social Event: 

We invite you to join us on Thursday, June 15th for an evening at the theatre! A welcome reception will be taking place in the Marquee Room at the Festival Theatre (55 Queen Street) from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Drinks and food will be served. This is a free reception but we ask that you kindly register.

For those interested, we will then make our way into the theatre for the musical comedy Guys & Dolls! This is a ticketed event. Please ensure you purchase your ticket (see below) no later than Friday, June 9th (subject to availability).

Note: Those who do not wish to attend the play are still invited, and able, to attend the welcome reception. We look forward to seeing you there!

10 CCS points and 10 CTCS credits will be awarded for attending the conference.

Refund Policy

Registration will be cancelled and a refund issued only when written instruction is received at least 7 days prior to the event by the CSCB National Office. Substitution is available; please contact us for information on the substitution policy for this event.
