Update to CFIA AIRS website

a) Chapter 23 was published to streamline the requirements for the following HS codes from the US and to modify the recommendation for the following HS codes for Animal Feed

23.09.90.1565 Other - Dog or cat food, commercially cooked, canned
23.08.00.6318 Residues and waste from the food industries; prepared animal fodder. Potatoes - fresh sound and/or culled.
23.08.00.6319 Residues and waste from the food industries; prepared animal fodder. Potato process residue wet, raw.

This created requirement version changes for the following HS Codes.

23.02 - Bran, sharps and other residues, whether or not in the form of pellets, derived from the sifting, milling or other working of cereals or of leguminous plants.
23.03.20 - Beet-pulp, bagasse and other waste of sugar manufacture.
23.05 - Oil-cake and other solid residues, whether or not ground or in the form of pellets, resulting from the extraction of ground-nut oil
23.06.10 - Of cotton seeds.
23.06.20 - Of linseed.
23.06.41 - Of rape or colza seeds: Of low erucic acid rape or colza seeds.
23.06.49 - Of rape or colza seeds: Other.
23.06.50 - Of coconut or copra.
23.06.60 - Of palm nuts or kernels.
23.06.90 - Other.
23.07 - Wine lees; argol.
23.08.00.6320 - Potato process residue heat-treated.
23.08.00.6321 - Vegetable process residue, wet.
23.08.00.6322 - Fruit process residue, wet or dry.
