1. Canada Border Services Agency, under the Special Import Measures Act. Final determination of dumping and a final determination of subsidizing, pursuant to paragraph 41(1)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), in respect of certain metal bar grating of carbon, alloy or stainless steel, consisting of load-bearing pieces and cross pieces, produced as standard grating or heavy-duty grating, in panel form, whether galvanized, painted, coated, clad or plated, originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.

Whereas the Minister of the Environment and the Minister of Health have assessed information pertaining to the substance Alkyl oxirane, polymer with alkyl oxirane sulfate alkylethers, alkali salts; and whereas the Ministers suspect that the substance is toxic or capable of becoming toxic, the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to paragraph 84(1)(a) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, hereby permits the manufacture or import of the substance in accordance with the conditions of the following annex….
