CBSA Message: EDI Hotline

The following is a CBSA message (EDI12-010)

Since the implementation of a ‘’press1 / press 2’’ feature on the EDI Hotline (1-888-957-7224) a number of calls have been misdirected.

When calling the EDI Hotline, you have two options:

Press 1 – to speak to the Electronic Commerce Unit (ECU). ECU provides assistance on the following:

Systems: CADEX , CUSDEC, ACROSS, RNS, CSA Importer, CSA Carrier, ACI Marine, ACI Air, Rail and G7 Export

Connectivity: Customs Internet Gateway, Direct Connect, Value Added Networks

Press 2 – to speak to the eManifest Highway Technical Support Unit (TSU). TSU provides assistance on all technical (non-policy) aspects of eManifest EDI and Portal highway cargo and conveyance reporting, including connectivity and system questions.
