Slowdowns

The following note was sent by the Electronic Commerce Unit at Revenue Canada at 15:30 (ET).

Please note that the problems experienced regarding arrival messages (for all the VAN's) and EDI data received via the GEIS VAN have been resolved. This has, however, caused a five-hour backlog in arrivals processing. Please call the hot line (888-957-7224) for further updates. Please note that the problems were at Customs' end, and we regret the inconvenience this may cause you.
