Customs Notice N-413
Customs Notice N-413, Bill S-23 - Coming into Force, provides information to importers, exporters, and travellers regarding the effective date of certain provisions of Bill S-23. This Bill, which amends the Customs Act, the Access to Information Act, the Canada Post Corporation Act, the Customs Tariff, the Special Import Measures Act, and the Tax Court of Canada Act, received Royal Assent on 25 October 2001.
