CITT has advised there is an error in that notice.

The sentence:

TR-96-008 to TR-96-013, concerning the goods that are described in the notice of expiry, that appeared in the March 9, 2002, edition of the Canada Gazette, Part I.

Should read:

TR-96-008 to TR-96-013, concerning the goods that are described in the notice of expiry, that will appear in the March 9, 2002, edition of the Canada Gazette, Part I.
