AMPS Contravention 342

The CCRA AMPS Working Group has advised that contravention 342 will not be applied against customs brokers. This is contrary to a previous message received from this group and sent to members on June 18, 2002.

This contravention will be amended in the next publication of the AMPS Master Penalty Document.
