The following message is from the Electronic Commerce Unit of the CCRA.
This is to remind ACROSS clients that as of July 1, 2002, where the location of goods in an EDI release request is a sufferance warehouse, the client is to transmit the warehouse sub-location code as outlined in Customs Notice N-418, Sufferance Warehouse Operators and the Release Notification System, issued December 14, 2001. Also, as mentioned in Notice N-418, as of July 1, 2002, the CCRA webpage at http://www.ccra-adrc.gc.ca/carrier will include the listing of all sufferance warehouse sub-location codes by province.
