Orders in Council re Canada-Costa Rica Free Trade Agreement

The following Orders in Council are concerned with the Canada-Costa Rica Free Trade Agreement.

PC 2002-1860

PC 2002-1860 makes the CCRFTA Rules of Origin for Casual Goods Regulations.

PC 2002-1861

PC 2002-1861 makes the CCRFTA Tariff Preference Regulations.

PC 2002-1862

PC 2002-1862 makes the CCRFTA Non-entitlement to Preference Regulations.

PC 2002-1863

PC 2002-1863 makes the Imports of Certain Textile and Apparel Goods from Costa Rica Customs Duty Remission Order.

PC 2002-1864

PC 2002-1864 makes the CCRFTA Sugar Aggregate Quantity Limit Order.

PC 2002-1867

PC 2002-1867 fixes 1 November 2002 as the on which the Canada-Costa Rica Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act comes info force.

PC 2002-1868

PC 2002-1868 designates the Minister for International Trade as the Minister for purposes of sections 1 to 8 and Parts 1 and 3 of the Canada-Costa Rica Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act, effective 1 November 2002.
