RNA Problems with Sterling Electronic

The following message is from the Electronic Commerce Unit at the CCRA.

Please be advised that CCRA is having RNS systems problems with Sterling Electronic. CCRA outbound messages have not been sent since 8 a.m. on May 14, 2003. There is no ETA when CCRA outbound messages will start processing again. Those warehouses affected by this outage may accept a copy of the RNS or CADEX release message received by the importer or broker from customs, in lieu of an RNS message as outlined in Customs Notice N-499. Updates on the status of this problem will be recorded on the Electronic Commerce Hotline message at 1-888-957-7224.
