Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Sheet Products

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) hereby gives notice that it will, pursuant to subsection 76.03(3) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), initiate an expiry review of its orders made on July 28, 1999, in Review No. RR-98-007, continuing, with amendment, its findings made on July 29, 1994, in Inquiry No. NQ-93-007, concerning certain corrosion-resistant steel sheet products originating in or exported from Brazil, the Federal Republic of Germany, Japan, the Republic of Korea and the United States of America.
