Friday, 09 April and Monday, 12 April are designated government holidays, and the Bureau's offices will be closed (no officers or Help Desk staff will be available). The EICS system will be available Friday 04:00 - 24:00; Saturday from 04:00 to 20:00 and Monday from 04:00 - 24:00 (EST).

Please note that ONLY the Help Desk email will be monitored Friday and Monday between 08:00 - 16:00 (EST) for urgent messages.
