Update to CFIA AIRS Web Site

The following changes were made to the AIRS web site this morning:

Chapters 05, 15, 19 and 21 were published (Germany only) due to recent CFIA approvals of meat inspection systems in the European Union.

05.04 - Guts, bladders and stomachs of animals (other than fish), whole and pieces thereof, fresh, chilled, frozen, salted, in brine, dried or smoked/Boyaux, vessies et estomacs d'animaux, entiers ou en morceaux, autres que ceux de poissons, frais, réfrigérés, congelés, salés, saumurés, séchés ou fumés

15.01 - Pig fat (including lard) and poultry fat/Graisses de porcs (y compris le saindoux) et graisses de volailles
15.02 - Fats of bovine animals, sheep or goats/Graisses des animaux des espèces bovine, ovine ou caprine

19.02 - Pasta, whether or not cooked or stuffed(with meat or other substances)/Pâtes alimentaires, cuites ou non, farcies ou non (de viande ou d'autres substances)
