Phase 5 of Bioterrorism Act Postponed until 7 November 2004

The NCBFAA have just notified the national office that the FDA’s enforcement discrection period, which was to have ended on 1 November, will be extended only until 7 November 2004. The extension was made to facilitate the system modifications required for enforcement.
