Advance Commercial Information - Updates on Cargo and
Conveyance Electronic Reporting for Air Mode and for Marine Shipments Loaded in the US

As previously indicated to members in a message dated Febrary 2, Phase II of ACI has been delayed. Customs have now issued a customs notice providing the revised date for the implementation of Phase II of ACI.

Customs Notice CN605 replaces Customs Notice N-574, issued on 27 May 2004.

Phase 2 of ACI will be implemented on 5 December 2005 instead of 9 May 2005 as announced in Notice N-574.
