Intermittent Problems with AIRS Web Site

The following message is from Kim Rodrigue, EDI National Co-ordinator at the CFIA.

It has been brought to my attention that there have been some intermittent problems with the AIRS website. Our IT staff are aware of the situation and are working to rectify it.

Unfortunately you may experience error messages or "Page Cannot be Displayed" messages. Should this happen, please try again. Logging out and back should work. Also, please note that if you cannot access the information you require to submit an EDI Transaction you can always call upon one of the Import Service Centres for assistance.
