CN621 Clarification of the Scope of Tariff Item 0303.79.00 with regard to the Order Suspending the Application of Concessions on Imports of Certain Products Originating in the United States
Customs Notice 621 informs the public of the various species of frozen fish classified under Tariff Item 0303.79.00 in light of the recent introduction and application of the Order Suspending the Application of Concessions on Imports of Certain Products Originating in the United States that came into effect on 1 May 2005.
