Safeguard Complains -- Inquiry Not Yet Initiated

The CITT has adopted a new notification procedure for global safeguard complaints and safeguard complaints respecting imports from China. From now on, the CITT will post on its web site a table listing complaints received and for which an inquiry has yet to be initiated. No submissions from interested parties will be accepted by the Tribunal during the period preceding its decision on whether to initiate an inquiry into a particular complaint.

A copy of the public complaint will be posted on the CITT web site if an inquiry is initiated.
