PC 2005-2204 Regulations Amending the Imported Goods Records Regulations

Regarding the Imported Good Records Regulations, the Regulations are being amended to reflect the recordkeeping requirements for CSA importers, such as all records that relate to commercial goods that are received at their place of business.
