EDI Outage - Update

This message is from CFIA’s National Import Operations Division.

The server that hosts the CFIA EDI system must be replaced. There was an outage overnight, and our IT are working to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the only solution is to replace the server.

Our IT have made this their first priority; however, no ETA for repair can be given at this time.

We advise you to submit paper transactions only until such time that the issue can be resolved.
