D15-2-35 Certain Waterproof Footwear and Bottoms of Plastic or Rubber Originating in or Exported form the PRC
This Memorandum refers to the application of anti-dumping duty to importations of certain waterproof footwear and bottoms of plastic or rubber originating in or exported from the PRC.
A description of the goods in provided, as are milestone dates of the investigation, applicable classification numbers, and information regarding the normal value of the subject goods and anti-dumping duties. This Memorandum replaces and supersedes Memorandum D15-2-35, dated 11 May 2001, and is found at:
