Hello

does anyone know if a product that is made in VN and sent for trade to Australia then sent for trade to Canada is eligible to the 33 preferential tarif treatment under CPTPP ? (while is made in VN but exported from AU)   

I think there would not be a mechanism under CPTPP like CETA has?
