CITT finds injury - Steel Grating from China

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today found that the dumping and subsidizing of steel grating from China that is not of stainless steel had caused injury. Anti-dumping and countervailing duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency on these goods. The complainant in this case was Fisher & Ludlow Ltd. of Burlington, Ontario.
