CBSA Release Times

CBSA Release Times Delays in the release of goods by CBSA often occur on weekends or holidays when CBSA staff at one office are releasing goods located at different location. And, although these delays are not as common as they once were, members who do experience these delays should advise the CSCB and provide details. The CSCB will in turn follow up with CBSA. As a reminder, CBSA’s published service standards for the release of goods are 45 minutes for RMD and just minutes for PARS. Details can be sent to [email protected].
