McNenly, pursuant to section 67.1 of the Customs Act, for an order extending the time to file a notice of appeal pursuant to subsection 67(1) of the Customs Act with respect to a decision of the President of the Canada Border Services Agency dated September 15, 2010. ORDER The Canadian International Trade Tribunal denies the application for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal pursuant to subsection 67(1) of the Customs Act.

Annual inflation edges up to 2.5 percent in January

Canada's annual inflation rate in January edged up to 2.5 percent from 2.3 percent in December on higher prices for energy and transportation, Statistics Canada said on Friday.
