The purpose of this notice is to advise that Echo Transportation Services Limited, located at 248, 9th Avenue East, Owen Sound, ON, surrendered their highway sufferance warehouse licence effective May 24, 2010. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has decided not to advertise for a new highway sufferance warehouse at this port. 2. Incoterms® 2010 ICC Official Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms ICC Publication 715 The first Incoterms rules were released in 1936 by the International Chamber of Commerce. Canada Border Services Agency to replace a Primary Inspection Booth

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will be replacing a Primary Inspection Booth at the interim Port of Entry in the City of Cornwall during the evening hours of June 3, 2010. As a result, travellers may experience increased wait times during that evening and the morning of June 4. The other two lanes will continue to be open during this time. Travellers are reminded to take this into account and plan their border crossing accordingly, especially during peak periods. The CBSA is working to have the new Primary Inspection Booth in service as soon as possible.

Correction period for MAY 2010 Softwood Lumber permits

Brokers are advised that the correction period for MAY 2010 Softwood Lumber permits ends Wednesday June 9th 2010, at 17:00 ET. We remind you of the importance of submitting correct information on permits as this is imperative to the operation of the Softwood Lumber Agreement. Please submit permit corrections for the month of May before the end of the correction period, as is the case for every allocation month of the year.
