Chair, CSCB Board of Directors
Deborah Osborne has been a long-time supporter of the Canada Society of Customs Brokers (CSCB) and joined the CSCB Board of Directors in 2016. She was elected Chair of the CSCB Board of Directors in 2022.
Deborah is leading our organization during one the most transformative times the customs brokerage industry has seen, with the implementation of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) project. She has displayed exceptional leadership in managing change within her employer company, PF Collins, as well as supporting and leading the CSCB Board and members and providing educational instruction to importers across Canada.
Deborah’s fifty years of experience in our industry combined with her progressive career path from entry level to senior leadership roles has provided her with a depth of experience and capacity to connect with all members within the supply chain.
Deborah exemplifies the commitment to education and professional development that empowers our profession. Her long and rich career shows the results of her investment in continual learning, and she has inspired others to share her passion for the world of supply chain management and the importance of customs brokerage in that world.
