Penny Moulton

Director, Trade Management Services and Trade Compliance, UPS SCS

Penny collaborates with multinational companies and stakeholders to help them understand and comply with Canadian import regulations. She also oversees the CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) initiative. Penny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and has earned the CCLP, CCS, and CTCS designations. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors at the CSCB and possesses a professional brokerage license from the CBSA.
